Overview

Protech Automotive  Solutions is a collision repair technology company, specializing in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and diagnostic calibration. Protech is a part of Caliber Collision, the nation’s largest collision repair network.  

I was tasked with building their social media strategy and launching their channels. We began with a B2B strategy, building content directed towards their primary audience of insurance agencies and service providers. With Protech being a national brand, social media also served as a key employee engagement tool to reach and unite technicians across the country.

The company began as B2B brand, but its ultimate goal was to become consumer facing. To build towards this, we created engaging, shareable content that broke down the basics of ADAS technology and diagnostic scanning. We wanted to equip customers with the knowledge to request Protech’s services from their insurance and keep Protech top of mind in the future.

As lead strategist, I created Protech’s social identity and playbook. I led all social and blog content development and account management.

Results

  • Grew combined social media following to 1,890 in Q1

  • Garnered 246,587 impressions and reached 182,197+ users in Q1

  • Drove 26,771 engagements throughout Q1

  • Garnered 86,510 engagements in Q1

  • Maintained a 10.85% engagement rate (Industry standard =0.03% - 0.09%)
