Overview
Twico is a Texas based home insurance company that offers flood insurance from day one. Their brand is dedicated to providing honest, transparent service to their customers, helping them prepare for the unforeseen.
In summer of 2020, they launched their first TV spot and tasked my agency with supporting the campaign with paid social and creating their social identity and organic content to live beyond the campaign window.
The campaign launched in the beginning of COVID-19 with a competitive housing market and home improvement trends skyrocketing. I lead the organic content strategy based on these insights, aiming to raise brand awareness while informing our customers on how to maximize their home value and Twico coverage.
